Your book has been edited, you have approved the final draft and it’s now available to buy in print, as an ebook, or even both. It would be tempting to think that all the hard work is over. But if you want to sell lots of copies of your book, it’s vital to concentrate on marketing it, and we can help here too.
I have spent the past decade placing features in national and regional publications. (See my About Us and my In the Press pages for more details.) If you want to market your book via the media I will be happy to advise you how to go about this free of charge. If I feel confident that you have a story that could appear in the national media (either about you, or your work), I will contact them on your behalf. Magazines sometimes pay for stories so it’s possible that I will be able to negotiate a fee for you, which will help towards your publishing costs. I will also proudly mention your book on my website, Facebook page and Twitter feed.
